Common Sense: What really happened when Portugal decriminalised all illegal drugs in July 2001

When you need your brains to be sharper than ever, why do you numb it with drugs?

No brain response. 

My late uncle, Mariano Galainena MD, told me that the only use of a drug, any drug at all, is only to numb you to conflicts.
